This step involves showcasing our tailored solutions through a comprehensive demonstration. We will then satisfy necessary requirements and secure approvals from key sources ensuring alignment and support for the pilot phase.
During this stage, we will implement ATLAS technology and the customized solutions at the selected 2-3 pilot intersections for a 30-day period. During this period, Cities will have the ability to interact with ATLAS through our Smart Control Dashboard. Following the pilot, we will conduct a thorough evaluation of key data metrics to assess the impact of our system on intersection performance. Utilizing both pre-existing data and data collected during the trial, we will analyze improvements and compare results to demonstrate the effectiveness of ATLAS solutions.
During this phase, we invite your feedback on our pilot program. Should the city choose to opt out of ATLAS, we respect your decision and appreciate the opportunity to collaborate. Alternatively, if the city expresses interest in adopting ATLAS, we will work closely with you to review budget constraints and develop a tailored growth plan. This plan will outline how we can scale ATLAS technologies within your community, ensuring seamless integration and maximum impact.
